In most cases, Star Radial bearings with Premium Balls, Grease pre-lubed are good enough.  You can offer dentists 9-12 months  Warranty as Lube-Free turbine. 

If you decide to offer dentists 12 months warranty as Lube-Free, A/C bearings are recommanded.  A/C bearings have the full machined cages.

And you decide to offer dentists 12+ months warranty, Superb Premium, Full thick cage with Semi-radial bearings are highly recommended.  7 ball design follows Timken, while 8 ball design follows NHBB.  They cost money, but they will save money.

You may return these bearings for credits or refund up to 180 days after the sale if you are not satisfied with them.
