If you decide to offer dentists 12 months warranty as Lube-Free, A/C bearings are recommanded. A/C bearings have the full machined cages.
And you decide to offer dentists 12+ months warranty, bearings featured with premium+++ ceramic ball, full thick cage semi-radial design are highly recommended. The 7 ball design follows Timken design, while the 8 ball design follows NHBB design. They cost money, but they will save your money.
You may return these bearings for credits or refund up to 180 days after the sale if you are not satisfied with them.
